Villa La Cima

Villa la Cima (the summit) is the highest house on a desert mountain visible for miles out to sea. Tucked into a wilderness environment in Pacific Heights, Pedregal, this gorgeous home offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.

This exquisite Southwestern contemporary home was completed in December 2001 and has been custom designed in concert with the rocky contours of the mountain and its abundant natural features, while maximizing vistas and protecting privacy. 5,200 square feet comprise the interior with 3,500 square feet of terraces completing the integrated indoor/outdoor living areas. The terraces are occasionally visited by resident fox and chipmunks. From the house, only the mountain and the ocean are visible. This home is tastefully decorated and eclectically furnished with American antiques, Mediterranean furnishings, Oriental rugs throughout, and Mexican accents.
