Villa de la Costa is situated in the most exclusive area of "El Pedregal." This exclusive residental area of Cabo San Lucas lies on the Pacific side of the southernmost tip of Baja Sur, Mexico, and is complete with a gated entry that leads through meandering cobblestone streets, palatial homes, and lush landscaping. This villa is within 1 mile of down town Cabo San Lucas.

This 8,000 square foot villa, complete with a 1,200 square foot master bedroom is built just 50 feet above the beach. Views of the immediate Pacific Ocean are both magnificent and unobstructed from the 150 linear feet of windows within the villa. Access to the beach, coupled with sunsets beyond one's wildest imagination, provide the ultimate in private accommodations.
